User input Ampersand in listing title breaks map

    I had a user alert me to an issue where mysite.com/location/colorado was not loading the map (no results in Safari & Firefox) while other states worked fine (as did Chrome). I tried un-publishing and republishing all the listings in Colorado. I tried changing the default location. I emptied all cache and deactivated plugins.

    What I think I discovered was that a user had claimed a listing in Colorado and replaced the title “Black & Blues” with “Black & Blues” possibly from a mobile device. When I edited the ampersand to just “&” it appears to have fixed the issue.

    Is there a way to prevent this from happening in the future?
