user name bio page

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    We have a guest poster and in our blog it has her user name as author. However when you click her name it does not go to the bio but only back to home page. Any idea?

    Can you please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply, and some more details of where we can check that behavior.
