User Registration

    I would like to ask a question regarding user registration:

    Is the registration valid for the suppliers (company) and the user? How do you differentiate between them?

    For example:
    My site is for children. It has suppliers and users (visitors).
    The sign up function for users is just so they can bookmark and rate a listing. The supplier may fill listings.
    Is the form I am thinking correct?

    Only one type of registered user is required, subscriber level is enough.
