User selects default category in add listing form

    Hello,

    Is it possible to allow the user to select a default category for their listing in the add listing form?

    Yes, that is the default when using Ajax Chained for the Categories custom field.

    Yes, that is correct. I am not sure how the default location is assigned if you use one of the other options, I guess it would be automatically the category with the lower ID, but I will get a developer to confirm.

    Hello Alex,

    Only “Ajax Chained” categories has option to choose default category, in other options it sets one of categories as default category after save.
