User uploaded Images break / won't display

    Hi, We’re using the Geo 1280 theme with GD and every time a user (or even staff) uploads an image with a listing it breaks, doesn’t display, and has to be reuploaded before it starts displaying correctly. Note that this does not occur with any images uploaded to regular (non-GD) posts/pages.

    This unfortunately means that when reviewing business listings (or even business edits, which aren’t reviewed by default), we would have to remove and reupload whatever image was uploaded by the user, which we simply do not have time for.

    Is this an issue with the plugin/theme? Is there anything we can do to fix this? Thanks.

    We would need to replicate it in order to help you with this. Could you please list down the steps to replicate it and also, please share the URL of the site in question so we can take a better look at it and also WP temp admin access to your site.     Hi Marmoset,

    I’ve not really tested adding a listing using a subscriber account but it works well with admin account. Before we check further, could you please try deactivating all non-gd plugins and see if you’re still able to replicate the issue? Let us know how it goes.
