Users can't access to dashboard

    Hi,

    Please I need your support once again this time with an issue related to users profiles accesing to my Directory.

    I’d like to know if you have seen a similar issue before since I haven’t found any topic about this matter in the discussion forums.

    I’m dealing with an issue when users with the Author or Editor profiles log into the website.
    They are not allowed to see WordPress dashboard and are redirected to home when they try to.

    I’ve been testing disallowing certain plugins without any positive result.

    Hi,

    GeoDirectory has an option to exclude all non admins from accessing the WP dashboard.

    It is in GeoDirectory >> General >> Allow user to see wp-admin area
