Users unable to login and Recaptcha

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hello,

    I’m just starting to have users on my account. They have not been able to login once they created the account. What should I check?

    Also, how do I add a ReCAPTCHA element to the login process?

    For reCAPTCHA you need to install the reCAPTCHA addon. How to install and configure is pretty self explanatory.

    To see the registration error we would need to see your website and possibly have wp admin credentials too.

    Hi,

    I registered an account and logged in with all forms available in your page.

    I believe they are unable to login, because they didn’t activate their account clicking on the activation link sent to the email provided upon registration.

    Let us know, but I’ll set this as resolved for the moment.

    Thanks for checking Paulo. I talked to two people with accounts this is what they explained:
    1. They did not receive an activation e-mail
    2. They received an activation e-mail, but when they clicked on the activation link an error message appeared saying, “key is invalid”

    How can I check on or resend the activation e-mails?

    I got it and it worked.

    That is a wordpress thing though, not related to GeoDirectory.
