I have installed GeoDirectory & Location Manager.
When activating UsersWP plugin, the following error appears:

Warning: preg_match(): Compilation failed: nothing to repeat at offset 2 in /www/htdocs/xxxxxxxx/wp-includes/class-wp.php on line 222

Warning: preg_match(): Compilation failed: nothing to repeat at offset 2 in /www/htdocs/xxxxxxxx/wp-includes/class-wp.php on line 223

Any idea what might cause this issue?

The UsersWP plugin was active in the beginning. Then I deactivated it since I didn’t use it and I was working on the directory, making changes in the settings, adjusting pages, etc. Now when reactivating UsersWP, this error pops up.

    Thanks for your help!

Ok, thanks Alex. I will add the question in the other support forum.
I already tried reinstalling UsersWP, didn’t help.
