UsersWP no email

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hello
    I am using UsersWP to register new users. I see that when a new user is registered, no email is sent to that user. I have this option activated as well as the rest to notify when inserting an ad, comments, etc …

    Install this plugin to verify the email is sent by WordPress:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/

    If the email is added to the log, then the problem is with your email host or check the receiver’s spambox.
