UsersWP profile and snippet to hide empty tabs

    Hello,

    my geodirectory has quite many CPTs and I have installed UsersWP for account management. In order to hide empty CPT-tabs in the user profile, I use the attached snippet.
    However, this snippets seems to screw the display of reviews and favourites in the users profile (see screenshot)

    How must I adapt the code to show reviews and favourites in the profile properly AND to hide empty CPT-tabs in the users profile?

    Hello,

    We don’t have settings for hiding empty tabs at this time, but I will flag your topic for the developers to let us know if there is a workaround.

    That would be great! With approx. The average user will have 1 – 4 listings of one or two different CPTs. with 20 CPTs altogether the profile looks weird with all these empty tabs.

    Do you happen to know wheter I can hide empty tabs with buddypress?

    Hi,

    We have already by default hidden the main tabs if it contains no data. Regarding subtabs like CPTs, we will hide them as well by default.

    Hi,

    We have implemented this in the plugin it will be available in next release. If you want to apply the change on your site then let us know the FTP details in private reply and I will do this for you. Also, here is the PR for that if you want to do it by yourself: https://github.com/UsersWP/userswp/pull/265

    Please note, This is the change in the core file.

    just one more little question regarding empty subtabs in user profiles: Is it in the meantime also with Buddypress possible to hide empty subtabs in the user profile?
