userWP / memberpress

    Hi guys,

    I run the memberpress subscription plugin on my site. this replaces the WP login/registration and has a few other gimmicks like rules / no access to certain area depening on membership.

    As for GDV2 I understand I need userWP to be able to show a profile and show favourites/ownership of submissions etc

    Question is – can memberpress and userWP co-exist? ie I would have two user profiles showing subscription details and all registration / login works though this but userWP handles the GD related info?

    Or is there a different way to show user favs, reviews, submitted events/places…

    You do not need UsersWP to show favourites/ownership of submissions etc, but you will need UsersWP if you want to show a profile.

    It may be simpler to use the “GD > Dashboard” widget to link to listings, favorites and use MemberPress for registration and login.

    PS: I am not familiar with MemberPress
