Using Franchise to display Burgers of a Venue instead of place

I wrote with pre-sales an got an very positive optimistic answer:

is it possible to have child posts and also to review/rate them and include them in the search or map?

we starting a burger directory and I need to list the burger venues and rate them.
also for each venue we need to add there burgers.
burgers should be a custom post type with the same adress as teh venue and custom ratings.

is something like that possible with your plugin or with premium extensions ?

we got an answer:

yes you can use the franchise manager add-on to list burgers of each particular burger shop.
It is a workaround and you’ll ahve to change few wordings, but it can definitely work.

yesterday I purchased the membership and played arround, and got many questions:

1. what would be the best way to rename francise to burger ? (without loosing update functionality)

2. when I use “+ add francise (button)” I like to hide the adress change option

3. is ist possible that every place (venue) is automaticly a franchise ? (I dont want to make it manually in the backend and want to give members no chance to mess arround)

4. the custom fields of a place ar cool, but if I use franchise as burger I need totaly different fields. how would that be possible ?

5. when I am using multirating plugin, place and franchise(burger) should be different post types, because I want different ratings. at places I rate service and the place. on a rating for a burger I want to rate only the bun, pattie, toppings, etc.

6. is it possible to add taxonomies from the frontend creation of a franchise ?
in our solution before we used differen custom_taxonomies for incredients:
BUNS: plain, chiabatta, PATTIE: beef, pork TOPPING: onions, salad CHEESE: swiss,

7. on the detail of a franchise(burger) I would like to directly show the parent(place/venue) with a photo, rating andress, little map.

8. when I have a place and it is a category restaurant it has restaurant icon. when I create a franchise with the same adress (that would be later burger) and the burger is category fast food burger (with burger icon) .. the new franchise overwrites my place on the map. so I don’t have instead of (sorry for example) McDonalds a CHeeseburger on The Map.

I’mean this “bug” (for me) can be made to a feature. because we are not so interested in the places. we are searching for the burgers.

at least the info Icon on the map should be the best rated franchise(burger) and also still include the name and adress of the venue(parent).

where in geodirectory can I change the map tooltips or make adjustments to the plugins.
some other plugins allow changes in a childtheme pluginsfolder. is that possible too?

sorry if this is going a bit to deep in customisation, but I hope you can give me some insight to tweak or extend the plugin.
