Using Jquery in Whoop options

Hi there,
On one of my pages using a mobile device a speed contact bar plugin displays twice on this page: https://www.eluniversodelingles.com/sobre-nosotros/

I don’t know why it’s doing it but if I hide it perhaps that might fix it. If I want to use Jquery to do it, can I enter the code in the JS whoop options? If so, how can I make sure that the code works for this specific page?
