the claim list overview shows:
a) Post Type
i) After the migration this is empty. Is it okay? (see pic)
i) After the migration this is the user ID. Is this okay? (see pic)
ii) Why is the user ID here used? Very uncommon. Please use here the user name as you also show the user name if you click on Full Details view.
i) Also here the user ID is used. The user name cannot be found in the Full Details view. Please use here the user name. BTW: It is not the Author here it is the Approver.
d) Full Details
i) After the migration all “claim” dates are set to “0”. Fetched by migration process?
To open a new support ticket, first select the relevant forum and then click the "New Post" button. Example: You need support for the core plugin? Click on Core Plugin support and click on the "New Post" Button.
