    Hi,

I’m not sure what exactly happened or why…perhaps you can help explain.

We had our PayPal payment options setup for our subscriptions prior to updating our v2 plugins yesterday and after updating they were no longer showing up as a payment option. I had to (i believe) go thru the invoicing plugin and recreate the PayPal checkout option and now it’s showing up again.

Can you please explain why this happened and what other issues we need to know or be concerned about that we have not yet uncovered and if this checkout option is stable and if it will work the way we had it setup prior to updating yesterday?

    Thank you,
    Robert

Is there still an issue, now?

We can check into why it happened on your site if you like, just share credentials here so we can do that.

When issues come up, we fix them and put the fixes into the next release.

    Hello Robert,

Payment options are removed from Payment Manager(Pricing Manager) since v2.x (May-June 2017 https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/gd-payments-manager-v2-release/). We have introduced new Invoicing plugin to manage invoice system. Invoicing plugin is required to manage invoices & payments.
You can manage payment gateways from Invoicing > Settings > Payment Gateways.

    Kiran,

That’s the baffling part of this! I had already upgraded to v2 over 3 months ago and had already setup the new pricing plans, payment gateway etc. etc.

So are you telling me that you did not login and try to go thru the update process from our backup restore to see what is happening?
