    I uploaded a video into the VIDEO TAB. When I decide to abandon the VIDEO TAB to check out other tabs in the directory listing the VIDEO continues to play forcing the visitor to go back to shut off the video before proceeding.

    Is there a way to terminate the video upon departing the VIDEO TAB or detecting entry into any other directory listing TAB.

    I guess you mean you added a link to a video on YouTube? Why does it have to be turned off before going to another listing? Going to another listing is what will disconnect the connection to Youtube, so it should not matter.
    Am I misunderstanding the question?

    Hi Guust,

    Yes, I added a link to a video on Youtube. The video loads and plays from inside the VIDEO tab when consumers visit the listing. However, while the consumer is still visiting that listing they prefer to move from TAB to TAB to read, view, and learn more but the video continues to play in the video tab which is distracting and forces the consumer to go backwards to shut the video off. Is there a way to code the tabs as active or inactive so the video shuts down if the tab is inactive?

    Hi,

    That would require the page to be reloaded for every tab.

    Porbably you could achieve something like that with a custom jQuery script.

    This is beyond support though.
