Want to hide Country in urls, but option goes away with multiple countries

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi guys, we want to open our directory up to international and keep are existing urls that don’t have country in the url. but when i select the multi-country option, this option below goes away.

    Hide country part of url for LISTING, CPT and LOCATION pages?

    Can we have that options for no countries when we are using multi-countries? If not, how can we achieve this?
