    For me the confusion is in the message displayed to the user because it suggests that they actually entered data. If the message read –

    It’s great to see that you are back at this page/section again. If you started your listing on your last visit everything should be just where you left off. If you would like to start again please click here.

    If you didn’t start then everything will be ready for you to start your listing.

    Just pitching it in as an idea

    Yeah i’m happy to make the message shorter/clearer, maybe
    “Hey, welcome back, we saved any changes you might have made or if you prefer to start again click here”

    My requirement is still to have such kind of message and the feature to refill the fields as an option.
