    Hello,

    Welcome emails are not sent to new users, however BCC copy works.
    I am not sure if it worked in the past, I only realized it recently.
    I saw a few topics on the forum, but it seems not to be the same issue.
    The websites are kohsamui.wedding and samui.restaurant

    Thanks that worked, maybe the host changed its settings.
