What do I install First?

    I purchased the entire geodirectory plugin set. I don’t want to use this as a theme, just as a page on my website. So what is the base plugin that i need to install?

    the core plugin is on wordpress.org:

    You can search it from your plugins screen directly like we show in this video:

    After installing the core plugin you can install the add-ons. Those must be downloaded from here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/ and uploaded manually.

    Thank you, I tried this plugin 6 months ago and got myself so overwhelmed, that I quit! LOL. So I’m going to be around a lot. According to the video, it says I need to install the directory theme and then a child theme, do I still need to do this when I’m using DIVI theme? I’m making pages in my website for a directory, not a website that is a directory.

    no, that part is only if you want to use our themes. I just wanted to show your the 1st few seconds where you see how to install the plugin.

    The rest for you is not needed.

    Okay, awesome, I think that’s partly where I messed up the first time around. Now I just found the Theme Compatibility Settings – what is the JSON code so I can import the settings? I can’t seem to find a reference for that anywhere in documents. I feel silly asking so many questions, but I want to make sure I got all the base down correctly, I’m usually very good at figuring things out.

    You don’t need to do anything there. Divi settings are included and should be loaded automatically.

    okay, this is where I get stuck, IDK where or how to design my “homepage” for the directory. Do I ask those questions here?

    I’m wanting my homepage for business to look like this
