What does GD Booster need to work correctly?

    All managed WordPress hosting uses caching systems that are not compatible with GD’s geolocation features
    ….
    The only caching system that works with GD is GD Booster or WP Super Cache, and all other caching needs to be disabled.

    Can I get more details about this please. What caching system specifically is not compatible with the geolocation feature?

    I am guessing that GD Booster needs .htaccess to work. What if I’m on a Nginx server? What does GD Booster need to work please?
