Hello,

I have an affiliate account & my affiliate ID is: 112. It shows that I have $355.98 in paid earnings but it has not been credited in the PayPal account(payments@inkthemes.com) that I mentioned.

Can you help me when will I receive Payout as it is more than 3 months.

Hi Neeraj,

There is a 1 month delay for payouts to account for refunds.
You actually have a payout due today but its not for that amount, i don’t calculate the payouts but it might be that some of that amount has not cleared the 1 month period yet.

I will flag this for Paolo to confirm and hold off on the payout just now so there are not two sets of payment fees.

Payment sent, as it turns out this was completely my fault, i missed last months payout file my apologies, i have now sent last months and this months which do come to the total above.
