When terms and conditions is clicked the form empties

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    When someone click’s the link to read the terms and conditions it clears the form above. Can this be fixed? With it being at the bottom of the form everyone will fill in the form first and then have to redo it when they read the terms and conditions.
