When the search shows no results, the template is different…

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    We have a Search page without any columns.

    When we go there, on the frontend, it is, indeed full width.
    When we do a search and we have results, it is, again, full width.
    However when we do a search that has no results, we get a right-sidebar layout.

    Why is this?

    How to change it?

    I am not able to login, the login form is not visible.

    I recommend you contact the theme author about the empty search results template, which is what this sounds like.
