Where do i find the upgrade guide from Geotheme 3.2.x to GeoDirectory plugin?

There is no conversion tool as yet, but it is in the pipeline.
Simplest way to do it for the moment is to import your GT listings into GD using the CSV import. Here are a few links to get you started:

Any suggestions on doing the export from GeoTheme so I can import into WPGD?

Have you checked this one? http://quickcode.themetailors.com/tt/portfolio/geotheme-bulk-management-tools/

I’m not 100% sure but I think it works for up to 2000 listings at a time only.
