Where do I found Add listing page

    Hi,

    I am using GeoDirectory in my ordinary website and want to put out a link: add listing somewhere but not in my ordinary menu. How do I do that? Maybe in some widget or in the search bar?

    Hi,

    in the search bar you cannnot add links, in a text widget you can.

    <a href="http://url.of.your.add.listing.page.here">Add Listing</a>

    p.s. the default URl of the add listing page is:

    http://yoursite.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place

    the last part, ?listing_type=gd_place change depending your CPT. FOr example for events it would be: http://yoursite.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_event

    Than you can also attach a variable for a specific price package:

    http://yoursite.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place&package_id=5

    Thanks Paolo, When I use the link I just get the message:
    “The site is redirected wrongly”. And that it can have something with cookies to do, do you have any ideas?

    THANKS I ALREADY RESOLVED THIS ISSUE.

    Hello. I installed the GEODIRECTORY in a website test but i cannot see the Add Listing for GD EVENTS.
    I already tried change the url http://comunicarsimples.com/agenda/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place to
    http://comunicarsimples.com/agenda/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_event

    But this page is redirect to HOMEPAGE…

    Please could tell me what I am doing worng.

    did you enable events in GeoDirectory >> Design >> Navigation >> Allow post type to add from frontend?

    Hi,

    the website logs me out while browsing back end pages and I have to log back in. I didn’t know you had a firewall, this looks like something that would block anyone from logging in for example: Block WordPress specific terms (wp_, user_login, etc.) in application parameters.

    Have you tried disabling it completely?

    If you don’t fix the login problem which is definitely at server level, we will never advance…
