    Hi support team,

as I am creating my own template for custom fields implementation, I need to know –
Where is the field “shown on sidebar” (on settings “custom fields”) in which database field is listed?

I cannot find them in “geodir_custom_fields” database table.
Please advice where this field is located.

    Thanks, Alex

    Hi again,

and what is the field and meaning of “is_admin”
in comparision to “for_admin_use” which will be setup within customfields?

    Regards,
    Alex

    AND

Where does the “cat_sort”, “cat_filter” and “extra_fields” get the information from within the database fields?

    Regards,
    Alex

    Hi Alex,

“is_admin” means if it is a standard preset field or if it is added by a user as a custom field.

I am not sure what you mean by your second question exactly?

    about 2nd question

Where does the “cat_sort”, “cat_filter” and “extra_fields” get the information from within the database fields?

    Here is a screen shot – http://screencast.com/t/vNB0758Ov

    Regards, Alex

P.S. My intention of now is – Instead of creating the fields within geodirectory I am using a excel sheet to import this then into the database directly.
