General Q. Vers 2 – Supreme theme,
Which cache is preferred to be used (if any) with V2 in your research?
W3 TotalCache or WP SuperCache

and are both reported in use without any issue regarding GeoDir?

We recommend WP Super Cache and there are no issues with GD:
