It says for the server requirements for the whoop theme and its plugins : it needs a minimum of with 2GB of RAM. The best performances for a GD site are to be expected on dedicated servers with 8GB of RAM or more. Source : https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/#suggest

Which one is better and whats the difference?

Or earlier this was recommended https://www.cloudways.com/en/pricing.php#vult : 2 gb RAM
