After updating to V2 my places are white. I have these errors.
Warning: include(D:\home\site\wwwroot/wp-content/themes/HamletsScroll28April17/ ): failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\home\site\wwwroot\wp-includes\template-loader.php on line 77

Warning: include(): Failed opening ‘D:\home\site\wwwroot/wp-content/themes/HamletsScroll28April17/ ‘ for inclusion (include_path=’.;C:\php\pear’) in D:\home\site\wwwroot\wp-includes\template-loader.php on line 77

I deactivated all non GD plugins. Switched to the basic theme. Still the same issue.
    V2 was loaded through FTP.

Please consider trying the windows system fixes at the bottom of this page:

Thank-you Alex. Unfortunately these did not solve the issue. I will switch back to the original version in the morning.

Please check now, i’m guessing its something to do with a blank template in ur child theme, i had to manually set the page they use under GD>Design> Details/Archive and it now works.

    Thank-you Alex and Stiofan.
It is working now. I will investigate the blank template page.
For you to know, I did switch to 2019 and 2017 themes prior to
contacting you and the issue was there as well.
    I appreciate your time.

The Location page has the same error. I am looking over the documents now, but do not see where I can manually set the page. I am not seeing that option in the design tab.

There is one setting for Detail and one for Archive. You can check the archive tab also.

General GDV2 page settings are in

    GD – Settings – General – Pages

From there you can click the edit link to open the location page to edit and change the template.

Ok. So I opened up the Location page for editing. I changed the page attribute from default template to Page Builder Template. This displayed the page according to the shortcodes.

I will just keep note of this for future reference.

    Thank-you again.
