White screen of death

    Hello;

    Someone was trying to join our directory, but always getting a white screen after entering their email address – which was incorrectly formatted

    upon testing, entering the email like this sparks an error:
    user@domain,com

    But, this causes white screen of death:
    user@domain.co,nz

    Same as this:
    user@domain,co.nz

    I have nothing in my apache logs sorry

    Trying again to register with the correct address solves it, does it not?

    Yes it does.

    But an error needs to be displayed, rather than a white screen 🙂
