I believe the way Claim Manager works is that when a user creates a Listing, they are the admin and are the only one that can edit the Listing. Then if another user comes along and Claims the listing, if they are approved, then this new owner is the only one that can edit the Listing (the previous admin is prevented). Is this true?

    If so,
    1) What does the previous admin see? They no longer see the Edit link on the listing? I don’t see any email notification to them, is there one?

    2) Is it possible to have a different workflow. That is, is it possible to allow anyone to edit a listing until claimed? e.g. a member creates a listing and becomes admin, but the listing remains editable (not deletable) but any other user. Then when someone claims it, now only the claimer can edit?

This would allow collaboration on the creating of a listing, but also the ability to lock it down by owner when needed.
