Whoop and buddypress no admin bar?

I wonder why I can’t see the admim bar, all settings are correct, footer is declared in theme, I had to manually add a link to admim area to show to admim only in the theme account setring dropdown menu in order to have a quick lino to admim area otherwise I would have to be typing the link or bookmark to my browser toolbar.
