Why a double membership ?

    Hello,

    I have a membership: 1 Year Addons bundle subscription with expiry date
    2015-07-04 10:29, autorenew
    Because I know I will renew it I jumped on the offer for the one year anniversary. I was assuming that it would extend the period of one year.

    Instead I have now a double membership, the one above and this one :
    1 Year Addons bundle – one time fee
    Expiry date: 2016-04-26 10:29:52

    The two are overlapping instead of extending each other. Is there a way to fix this ?

    Hi,

    subscriptions are not cumulative.

    I don’t know where you got the impression that they were.
