It looked fine before. For quite some time. Now all of a sudden I notice that it’s all pixelated and crappy looking. I don’t know what’s changed other than updates to GD. Oh I did update the theme, Listimia too…how can I tell what it is?

It looks fine when I look at the image by itself. It’s crisp. So what gives??

Strange…on my iPad it looks pretty clear. And it’s not a resizing issue, because resizing this on my desktop down to a small size and it still looks like crap.

    Hi tinamama,

Thanks for your post. This looks like a theme related issue, have you tried contacting Listimia support for assistance?

    Hello tinamama,
I am not sure I understood correctly, since everything looks as it should be on my side.
@kor Can you please give some clarification about this theme related issue?

    Sincerely

    Hi @rachid,

Thanks for your reply. tinamama is complaining that the featured image behind the search form looked cropped.

    Hi @tinamama,

I’m not sure how it looked like previously, but maybe you can try increasing the background image size/resolution and see if it helps?

    Thanks!

Actually, it looks grainy to me, not cropped. See attached.

And this is something new. It didn’t look this way before. So something has changed…and I have no idea what. It was clear before.

Kor: Where exactly were you thinking I should try increasing the background image size/resolution? I want to try this but not sure exactly what you mean.
