Widget customisation for each listing type

    Hi All,

    At the moment the Popular Post Widget works great and I love the fact I can select a Post Type in the options. The problem for me is that the widget settings are universal so it will always show “Places” if I select that in the post type.

    If I use the Search Widget to select a different post type like say “People” I go to the “All People” listings page but the widget obviously still shows “Popular Places”.

    When my users are looking for “People” they have a widget showing most popular “Places” which is not directly relevant.

    Is it possible to change this? Can anyone think of a simple way to do it?

    This is a good idea but i can also see people not wanting it to work like that.
    I Will add this as a feature request and it will be added in the future.
