WP Admin Bar

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Support:

    Using Whoop theme and the add-ons recommended. For some reason the WP Admin bar won’t go away. There is just a blank black line appearing above the header. I have this WP Admin bar deactivated under BuddyPress Settings, as well as, in the GeoDirectory General Settings Tab. I don’t want the admin bar showing for anyone.

    Please advise
