Hi

While trying to restrict access to Admin Dashboard I wrongly assumed that that admin permissions would remain.

I have therefore locked myselp out of wp-admin. If I uninstall all Geodirectory plugins I can get back in but everytime I reinstall Geodirectory I am locked out again. Have cleared cache and cloudfare cache but not helping.

Would really appreciate some help on how do reset user access in the file manager.

Hi Kevin,

I guess you banned a role that your admin user also has.

Please provide any info you can, wp-admin, ftp and Database access if you have it.

Hi Kevin,

I have edited the roles so it should not be an issue now, i don’t see GD active but when u add it back u should be able to login normally.
