WP All Import Not Activating

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Deleted it and re-uploaded, updated and it’s still not activating.

    Deactivated all plugins and activated WP All Import but its still not working.

    Any idea please?

    I’m sorry, do you mean the GD Addon?
    Do you have WP All Import installed and activated -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-import/
