When ‘WP Easy Updates’ is network enabled as opposed to being activated on each subsite – it is not possible to view the plugins folder on subsites. The network plugins folder is okay though.

I get a 500 error after exactly the same amount of time each time.

Best to have this plugin locally enabled on each site and not to have it network enabled.

    Hi Richard,

Thanks for your post. You’re not supposed to “Network Activate” any GD plugins. All GD plugins have to be activated on each multisite.

@kor this is not a GD addon, it can be network activated.

    Hi Richard,

I can’t replicate the issue, my guess is that it is conflicting with another updater? If you can provide wp-admin and FTP details i would be interested to get to the bottom of it.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

The debug.log is not working, try checking your server logs to see what errors its throwing, let me know what u find.

    Thanks,
