WPML- getting 404 error on all pages

    Hi Ido,

    Could you try resaving the permalinks? If it doesn’t work, do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

    err… not quite. it will affect all the other work i did on the site.
    i think the problem is none of the pages i made show any translation. i see 33 pages exisitng, but 0 in hebrew and 0 in english.

    Can you please provide cpanel details or database details, and also FTP details.
    Please also take a backup first of everything, including your database.

    Hi,

    what pages are we talking about? Are they GeoDirectory pages? Deactivating all GD plugins makes the website go back to normal?

    If not, then the problem is with WPML I guess and you should ask for support in their forum too.

    Hi Ido,

    The CPanel & FTP credentials you posted are not working for us.

    Your site getting 404 error on all pages even after disabling all GD plugins. So we are sure that problem not due to GD plugins.
    I seen database errors of “Illegal mix of collations” when debug the database queries using plugin Query Monitor. So you should contact WPML support team to resolve problem.

    FYI: please see this https://wpml.org/forums/topic/database-error-illegal-mix-of-collations/ same problem reported by one user.

    i contacted WPML – it was a memory issue. but even after solving it (now i ca see pages), i still am missing advanced search section here:
