    Same Vlad here from thebeautyadviser.com; I have 1 new issue & 1 question:

    #1. It’s been a while now, sincer I keep receiving replies from users on other people’s reviews. I got feedback from a few of my listings owners saying that their clients try to leave a review, but it get registered as a reply comment, not as a review. I tried to replicate, could not get the same result so I told my listing owners that their clients might have clicked on “write a reply”.

    BUT a few days ago, on Friday, as I was sitting and discussing with a new potential client, she wanted to see how the website works. So she accesed a random listing on my website from her own mobile phone, registered with Facebook login, pushed the “Scrie o Recomandare” button (Write a Review in romanian), she clicked on 5 stars and she wrote a review then she clicked on “publish review”. I took my phone, accesed my admin profile, approved her comment, and it appeared on that listing as a reply comment – see screenshot attached.

    It happened under my eyes. So it seems to be an issue, I cannot understand why this happens.

    Can you please help on this?

    #2. How can I set expire date for my both new & current listings to “never” ?

    On mobile the Reply/Answer buttons are quite ‘active’ and it is easy to signal to make a reply instead of post anew, and then the the text for the “Cancel” reply button is quite small. Perhaps the user missed it? I tried it on desktop and mobile and everything appears to be working as expected.

    Hi Alex, thank you for your reply!

    Indeed this was my opinion also Alex; until Friday, when I saw with my own eyes when she selected 5 stars, wrote a short comment, checked the captcha, and clicked on publish review. And it registered as a reply comment..

    I understand it is quite hard to replicate, but I did not write this email in the last few months, before seing this happen with my own eyes.

    Hint: this person used a Huawei mobile device and most of my users appear to be using Android phones; primarily Samsung, then Huawei. Maybe this helps.

    To create a forever free listing you will need to create a forever free package.

    Make it active, apply it to the listing, then deactivate it.

    I cannot replicate the issue you are reporting about the comments.
    I have asked our team to try.

    Hi Alex,

    #1. understood; if your team finds out something, please let me know.

    #2. I don’t want a forever free listing package; I want to set the expire date of the listings to “never to expire” – see screenshot.

    Previously, in V1 this whould be done by writing “0” or “never” if I recall.

    Hi Vlad,

    #1. I tried to submit review from my android mobile but it successfully submitted as a review. Can you try from your side again?

    #2 Try to save a listing with blank date to apply expire date “Never Expire”.
