Wrong email

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I wrote email info@город-наладони.рф in fild “email adress” in general settings, but to users now sent via another mail.

    How to fix it?

    and from what email are they getting?

    This could be a server setup issue.

    I’d try to ask to your server admin too.

    In that case it can only be a mail server misconfiguration.

    There is nothing we can do, but suggest to maybe move to a more professional hosting provider.
