Wrongly downgraded listing

    Dear support

    A customer renewed an entry for another year on 01.01.2020. The payment was made via PayPal, which normally works perfectly and automatically without any intervention on my part. One day later she received an email notification that her entry has now been downgraded. So the renewal for one year seems not to have worked.

    Can you please check what went wrong here? I have been offering this service for over two years now and so far there have never been any such problems.

    I will provide the access data to my website separately.
