    Hi, i build a site with X theme and looking to build a business directory.

    1. After installing geodirectory i am very confused since i read lots of good things about this plugin but the widgets look terrible and it seems i can not edit the design and formatting at all. Is it not possible to change design of home page, search results and lisitings?

    2.I am not sure if the plugin works. Do i simply selext X in the compatibility section and then thats it? I am confused with the import/export button and all the code below (main wrapper action and required CSS at the bottom).

    3. Is it possible to insert the search function in other pages too? I am ranking city landing pages and would love to offer the user to search for businesses from that page (not the homepage)?

    1. You can change design in a number of ways, it all depends exactly what you want to change.

    2. The compatibility settings has nothing to do with getting the GD plugin to work. That is just to make sure it works well with your theme.
    For some themes we included the tweaks needed to get out of the box compatibility already and that includes “X”, so there is nothing else you need to do.

    3. The GD search can be added to any page using the “GD > Search” widget, or the GD Search shortcode.
