    I noticed that I dont get notifications either via email or otherwise for reviews made for listings, Is there something I should do?

    Hi Murphy, you won’t get notification if comment author & listing author are same.

    Hello, what do I need to do on this matter: I cannot install the GD framework nor the GDF_child, both are throwing me errors, as seen below:

    “Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
    Plugin install failed.”

    I have also tried to transfer directly using the FTP client yet no solution, is there something you can do to help out with, Because i need the GDF Options to edit my footer and I am stranded.

    Hi,

    themes must be installed as themes, you are trying to install them as plugins.

    Where do I edit the footer details? I have tried from footer.php but i could not find.

    What exactly you are trying to do in footer and what theme are you using?

    Hello Guys

    I have two major problems at hand:

    1. The “select file” on my wordpress site is not working. When I click on it, no response- nothing happens. I have gone to Multirating and “Enable comment images upload” yet no way. Your help is needed. See website: tellit.com.ng/pass

    2. GD Captcha seem to be working for only explorer, on other browsers I get error,
    error message: An embedded page at http://www.google.com says:
    Cannot contact reCAPTCHA. Check your connection and try again. See website: teliit.com.ng/pass

    I have tried to solve this myself but it isn’t helping.

    Hi murphy,

    Can you try deactivating askimet plugin?

    Make sure to clear the cache after that.

    You seem like you are using windows server.

    It throws some error in askimet js file.

    http://tellit.com.ng/pass/wp-content/plugins/akismet/_inc/form.js?ver=3.3.2

    Please disable that plugin and it would work fine.

    Contact your hosting support if you want to enable that again.

    Hi Giri

    Its not still resolved I have disbaled the plugin: AKISMET.

    Then flush my DNS cache using command- ipconfig/flushdns, Yet it is still the same.

    At your end and when the site is fully loaded, do you confirm if you are able to select file, click on rating and select the captcha ?

    I am still experiencing same problem Giri.

    Please try to clear your browser cache first and try again.

    You should really ask for support to your hosting provider though or better move to a linux server. WordPress doesn’t work well on Windows servers and that is a known fact…

    Hi Murphy,

    Like i mentioned earlier, the problem is with your server.

    This is what is see in js file.

    As paolo advised you should move to linux server.

    Please contact your hosting support to solve your server issue since the problem is not with the code but with your server.
