    Hi,

    I have the Social Importer working fine for Facebook, but it doesn´t work for Yelp. I saw a previous post that suggested it was a server problem, so I contacted by hosting provider first.

    This is what they said…

    Could you ask the plugin creators if the plugin requires loopbacks?

    Lookbacks don’t work on our shared platform but it’s possible to get them to work using the alternate cron in wp-config.php

    Can you please let me know if the plugin requires loopbacks? I am with Heart Hosting by the way if that helps at all.
