    Morning,

We are having problems with viewing My Listings and the Author page on the dashboard when logged in. When pressing on either of these 2 links, it appears to create a redirect back to the home page and not the intended URL (i.e. My Listings)

We have deactivated and reactivated all non Geodirectory plugins and have identified that Yoast appears to be the cause of the conflict.

We have always had Yoast activated on the site and were originally able to access My Listings and Author page on the dashboard. However, we have recently moved our site over from http to https (and updated all http via the Better Search Replace Plugin) and we have also purchased Yoast premium. We therefore believe that one of these 2 events instigated the problem.

Both of the links to My Listings and Author pages are showing the correct https address, so when Yoast premium is deactivated they both work correctly.

We have also checked the redirects which we had created in Yoast to make sure there was none causing this conflict and we have not identified any.

We have searched the forums to see if there is anything similar but not found anything.

Are you aware of any known problems with Yoast in relation to the above and if not, do you have any suggestions?

    Thanks

    Nigel

    Hi Nigel,

I’ve checked your Website and I’m able to replicate the said issue there. But it seems to work when I deactivated the Yoast plugin. I’m forwarding this to a developer for further assistance.

    Thanks!

SOLUTION = WPSEO -> Titles & metas -> Other -> ENABLE Author archives

Thanks Gents – Quick response much appreciated.

FYI – WPSEO -> Titles & metas -> Archives -> ENABLE Author archives appears to be the correct link.
