Yoast Sitemap not loading

    Just installed V2. Now, sitemaps form Yoast will not load and an attempt to access the sitemap xml page causse the server to crash/timeout 504.
    Is this a known issue?

    Hi Charles,

    Thanks for your post. Please refer to this section of the documentation https://kb.yoast.com/kb/sitemap-does-not-update/ that explains how to regenerate the sitemaps.

    After running this processes, it appears the location manager is what causes the site map to break/not load/crash the site.
    Is there a way to fix this? If I turn off the location manager, the site map loads. When I turn it on, it to break/not load/temporarily crash the site.
    This never happened on v1 but im not exactly sure what is the issue.

    Have you already disabled cache?

    If we need to check the settings please share WP Admin in a private reply.
