    Hi, I’ve had GeoDirectory, and several addons, running fine on my site for almost a year now and all of a sudden, I’m unable to update my plugins. I get this message:

    “Your license has not been activated for this domain, please activate it first”

    About 6 months ago, I changed my domain to ‘https’ – not sure if that has something to do with it.

    My domain is https://www.healthypsych.com.

    Try de-activating the licenses and re-enter the ones you find in your download section.
    Let us know if that worked.

    Thanks for your reply. Will de-activating delete anything in the database? Of course, I will backup first, but wanted to ask.

    Deactivating licenses doesn’t change anything to your settings or data.
